STEP UP YOUR GAME

Erasmus+ KA210-YOU 2025 project, co-funded by the European Union.

Step Up Your Game is a non-formal education project for young people aged 15 to 20 in Italy and Portugal. Through experiential workshops, games and reflective tools, participants explore their values, develop transversal skills and co-design an advocacy campaign. The project also produces a free toolkit for educators who want to use the method.

CivicBoost

Project funded by “Civitates. The European Democracy Fund”.

CivicBoost is an active citizenship lab designed for high school students in the Vulture–Melfese area. Its goal is simple yet ambitious: to help young people rediscover the value of participation, making their voices heard, and collectively building a fairer and more inclusive vision of the future.

Custodi di Storie

Winner of the “Città che Legge 2024” Call for Proposals. Project by the Municipality of Rionero in Vulture, funded by Centro per il Libro e la Lettura.

Custodi di Storie is a project that promotes the love of reading from early childhood, engaging children, families, and volunteers. Through activities in schools, libraries, and inclusive events, the project builds an educational community where stories become opportunities for connection and sharing.

Alleniamo insieme il futuro

“Alleniamo insieme il futuro” is an experiential training project promoted by Pot in Pot within the Comunità Doppia Diagnosi S. Maria d’Irsi in Irsina. Through play, theatre, and non-formal methodologies, the project supports the development of essential soft skills for social and professional life.

LITTLE GAME MAKERS

Winner of “Educare Insieme” Call for Proposals – Dipartimento per le politiche della famiglia

The project aimed to promote active citizenship among children in Rionero in Vulture (PZ) through workshops designed to develop creativity and social skills, using theories and techniques from theatre, storytelling, and game design.
The project culminated in the creation of four urban exploration games that foster active citizenship not only among children but throughout the entire Rionero community, strengthening bonds and participation.

CANTIERE CITTÀ

A project promoted by Ministero della Cultura and Scuola Nazionale Patrimonio Attività Culturali to strengthen the skills of local administrations and communities in the finalist cities for the title of Italian Capital of Culture.

In the third edition (2024–2025), the focus was on activating youth participation. Pot in Pot was commissioned to design and deliver a three-module training program, a gamified co-creation workshop with young people from the 10 finalist cities, and to contribute to the final publication with an essay on co-creation.

CHE BUFFA L'OPERA!

Winner of the “Per Chi Crea 2023” Call for Proposals

The project aimed to introduce children to the language of opera by presenting it not simply as something to be told and listened to, but as an immersive experience that engages the body, speech, and thought.
Gestures, stories, and voices that emerged from the workshops became working material for the writing and staging of a new musical opera, inspired by Rossini’s La Cenerentola and reimagined not simply for children, but by children.

NEET-FLIX

Pathways of Self-Development Through Others and the Arts

The project aimed to experiment with an innovative model for measuring, preventing, and addressing the NEET phenomenon, through a system-based approach developed in collaboration with organizations already active in the local area.

The project was promoted by the Youth Policies Office of the Municipality of Matera and supported by ANCI and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

SURVIVING DIGITAL

Erasmus+ Project (2022 – 2024)

The project aimed to provide community support organizations, health professionals, and socio-cultural educators with the opportunity to develop new programs equipping parents with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to address screen addiction challenges among their young children. We worked on this project as associated partners of Materahub.
