Pot-in-pot is a cooking technique in which one pot takes care of another. An image that has always told us something precise about how we want to work — with care, with method, producing multiple layers of result at the same time.
We are a cooperative of facilitators, trainers and project designers. We work with young people, educators, organisations and companies to help people and groups grow — through play, co-creation and experiential learning.
VALUES
Growth
We work on projects we believe can make a positive contribution. The growth of the individual and the growth of what surrounds them are inseparable.
Curiosity
There can be no growth without curiosity. We believe in the power of “why?” — a question that activates not just the mind, but the whole body.
Lightness
Growing and improving can be serious and light at the same time. Play and theatre are not the opposite of rigour — they are a different way to get there.
Intentional Design
Nothing improves by chance. Inspiration must be followed by analytical and design thinking — and at the end of every process, results must be recognised and measured.
METHOD
Game based learning
We use games and challenges to activate participation, motivation and authentic learning.
LEGO® Serious Play®
Certified method to facilitate complex decisions and build shared visions.
Theatre Pedagogy
Theatre-based techniques to work on relationships, expressiveness and group dynamics.
Co-design
Participatory processes in which solutions emerge from the group, not from the outside.
Experiential learning
Methods that put the person at the centre, prioritising direct experience over content transmission.
TEAM
Pot in Pot was founded by five professionals working at the intersection of culture and education. Depending on the projects we take on, we are joined by various professionals from our network: writers, actors, graphic designers, and more.
